Petrino Looking For More Offensive Talent

Arkansas has begun its search for more offensive firepower in the class of 2012.

Arkansas will lose all three starting wide receivers after this season, which will make the position a priority this year.

The Razorbacks signed several prospects who can play receiver two weeks ago, but the position will remain a focus for next February.

Receiver Dorial Beckham-Green from Springfield, Mo., is considered a top target for Arkansas. recruiting analyst Barry Every gave the following assessment of Beckham-Green:

“He is a huge receiver that can make a play on balls most receivers couldn’t even dream of catching, and he also has the speed to be a serious deep threat while making yards after the catch,” Every said, according to “Green-Beckham is in his own ZIP code as far as talent as a receiver.”

Green-Beckham already has scholarship offers from Arkansas, Alabama, Oklahoma, Missouri and Miami.
