2. Georgia’s new defensive era under coordinator Jeremy Pruitt begins with spring practice starting Tuesday.

3. Tennessee coach Butch Jones on five-star running back recruit Jalen Hurd: ”I thought Jalen Hurd really started to run like we expect him to run.”

4. Missouri defensive end Shane Ray on the plan for him and teammate Markus Golden: ”We hope to have two All-Americans, two first-round draft picks. That’s the plan.”

Marcus Lee Will Play Basketball At Kentucky

Kentucky added to its 2013 class on Wednesday when the Wildcats received a commitment from forward Marcus Lee from Deer Valley High School in Antioch, Calif.

Lee’s offer list included Florida, Arizona, Duke, Connecticut, Indiana and Kansas.

Lee is the fifth prospect to commit to Kentucky’s 2013 class, joining guards Aaron and Andrew Harrison (brothers) and James Young and forward Derek Willis.
