The Court ‘Cocks have a big match-up tonight with the Michigan St. Spartans, one of the nation’s best teams and a consensus national title contender. Chat here about the game if you’re interested. I can’t say I like our young team’s chances too much, but at this point in the season, everyone’s an unknown commodity, so there is hope.

By the way, more basketball coverage is on its way. My hectic life combined with the increased excitement around the football team have prevented me from covering hoops as much as I would like to, but I promise that we’ll begin talking more about hoops soon, and when football season ends, we’ll transition to full-time basketball mode.
