Larry Raper is now favoring North Carolina over South Carolina, according to The State in Columbia.

The Gamecocks recently led for Raper, an athlete from Shelby (N.C.) High School.

Raper is planning to take official visit to South Carolina, North Carolina and Clemson, where he was once committed.
