Sylvester Croom handed out pretty positive reviews from his team’s third day of practice. Linebacker Jamar Chaney and defensive tackle Jessie Bowman were singled out for their good work.
Freshmen Louis Watson, Charles Mitchell and Delmon Robinson also earned praise from the head coach.
Finally, Croom and his staff are working to create more “big plays” on offense in 2008. Last year, the Bulldogs had just two offensive plays of more than 50 yards and just 32 of more than 20 yards. Those were some of the worst numbers in the nation.
