There’s word here at the LSU-Florida contest has been picked up by CBS.

Could Charles Scott win the Heisman?  He has surpassed 100 yards each week and is part of the SEC’s best offense, at least so far.

“He’s got ball security, he’s got great vision, and he runs so hard,” Miles said. 

Randy Rosetta of the Advocate writes that Jarrett Lee might have won over the starting job after his stellar effort to lead LSU past Auburn. 

CBS Analyst and NFL Veteran Gary Danielson had this to say:

“Jarrett is closing in on the point where (offensive coordinator Gary Crowton) and Les (Miles) are saying ‘We can call plays for this guy and he’s not gonna blow up and lose game.  He might eve win the game for us.’  Now they seem to be a lot more comfortable with just calling plays and letting him go with whatever they think will work because he has shown he can handle the offense.”
