Here’s the news out of Florida today:

The Gainesville Sun provides a list of five things Florida’s football players must do this summer to maintain their championship form.  (Number one — don’t get tasered.  Kidding.)

Come to think of it, what is it about Gainesville cops and tasers?



Will starting wide receiver Riley Cooper return to the Gators this fall… or choose to play pro baseball?  With Percy Harvin and Louis Murphy having departed, receiver might be the one area where UF can’t afford another loss.

On the hardwood, according to Jeremy Fowler of The Orlando Sentinel, Georgetown transfer Vernon Macklin is “a physical beast with absolutely no jump shot.”

And Billy Donovan is back from his “trip of a lifetime” in which he swam with great white sharks.  (”Smile, you sonofa…”)
