The Sugar Bowl isn’t selling very many tickets to Utah fans, but Bama fans will certainly snap ‘em up.

The Sporting News has named Nick Saban as their SEC Coach of the Year and receiver Julio Jones has been named their SEC Freshman of the Year.

Good, I’d hate to read any more about how the SEC’s runner-up was getting ripped off at awards time… even though their haul is bigger than Florida’s.

The Senior Bowl has invited John Parker Wilson, Travis McCall, Antoine Caldwell and Rashad Johnson to take part in their reindeer games.
