According to reports, Florida's Thursday practice turned into a mini-version of the film, "The Matrix."  The Gator team broke into a full-on melee while Will Muschamp dodged a bullet, Neo-style.

After a tackling drill between receivers and DBs turned nasty, All-American cornerback Vernon Hargreaves was seen limping off the field, being attended to by team physicians, and angrily pounding his hands against the cart that was eventually used to wheel him away.  After a 2013 season that went straight to Hell due to numerous injuries, the Gators didn't need to lose their only returning starter in the secondary to what was reported to be a 30-player scrum.  Luckily, they didn't.

Florida has announced that an MRI revealed no structural damage to the sophomore's knee.  Instead, Hargreaves suffered a painful bone bruise to his knee and is considered day-to-day in terms of practice availability.

Congrats to Muschamp who might've just caught his first break in a year.
