Back in June, Kentucky basketball player Kyle Wiltjer announced he was considering transferring to another school. The decision has apparently been made. According to CBSSports.com, which cites his father as the source, Wiltjer has decided to enroll at Gonzaga.
Last month, Wiltjer said he wanted “to find a situation that will help me do this as well as play a more significant role, wherever that may be.” Wiltjer is an Oregon native. He averaged 10.2 points and 23.8 minutes as a sophomore last season. With the highly anticipated No. 1 recruiting class in the country headed to Lexington, Wiltjer was expected to have a reduced role in the upcoming season.
