Why would anyone want this guy on their team if they had any morals at all? Going to watch what happens with this one.
Back in April, suspended LSU running back Jeremy Hill was arrested for a bar fight in a parking lot. Already on probation for a previous incident, Hill now faces the prospect of having probation revoked with jail time a possibility.
“We’re going to certainly push for revocation,” said Sue Bernie, an East Baton Rouge Parish assistant district attorney tells the Advocate. “I think that jail time is appropriate, but it’s ultimately up to the judge.” Bernie today filed simple misdemeanor charges against Hill for the bar fight where a video showed him and a second man exchanging high-fives after knocking the victim unconscious.
At the time of the fight, Hill was already on probation for engaging in a sexual act with a 14-year old girl back in 2010. He pleaded guilty in January of 2012 to a misdemeanor charge and was given a six-month suspended sentence.
Should Hill’s probation be revoked, he faces up to six months in jail.
