The Associate Press has handed out its All-America honors for 2012 and the SEC landed 22 players on the three-tiered squad. Nine SEC players were named 1st Team All-Americans.
Alabama led the way with six All-Americans total, four of whom received 1st Team notice. Florida and Texas A&M each featured four All-Americans, with the Aggies putting two on the 1st Team and the Gators one.
