Safety Marcell Harris from Dr. Phillips High School in Orlando, Fla., has committed to Florida.

Harris, who’s ranked the nation’s No. 7 safety by ESPNU, chose Florida over Florida State, Oklahoma and Texas.

Harris is Florida’s 22nd commitment for the class of 2013. Fourteen of those prospects are ranked in the ESPN 300.
