Henry committed to Alabama in September after he reopened his recruitment in June. He had originally given his pledge to Georgia.
Henry’s decision to play for the Crimson Tide has been met with criticism from some people because of the presence of T.J. Yeldon, Alabama’s standout freshman running back.
But the competition in Alabama’s backfield has never seemed to concern Henry, whose goals seem greater than starting as a freshman.
