Cornerback Shaq Wiggins from Sandy Creek High School in Tyrone, Ga., has committed to Georgia.

“It felt right,” Wiggins told the Atlanta Journal-Constitution. “It’s the place for me.”

Tennessee, Ole Miss, Michigan, Ohio State and others had offered scholarships to Wiggins.

Wiggins is a candidate to be ranked the top cornerback in the state of Georgia, according to the AJC.
