Lineman Avery Young Names A Leader

Offensive lineman Avery Young from Palm Beach Gardens (Fla.) High School has named a new leader, according to Bryan Matthews of 247Sports.com.

“He said Auburn is his No. 1 school following his official visit this weekend,” Matthews wrote of Young.

Young, who’s considered the nation’s 25th-best offensive tackle by 247Sports, is also considering Alabama, Florida, Georgia and Oklahoma.

He told 247Sports he plans to wait until National Signing Day on Feb. 1 to announce his final decision.
