9. Meanwhile, USC has gotten a $4.4 million contribution to build walkways around Williams-Brice Stadium.

11. Derek Dooley let his team have it after a poor practice yesterday… and then declined to speak with the media for the first time since arriving at Tennessee.
12. The Vol coaching staff is trying to fix UT’s woeful rushing attack.
13. Vanderbilt is trying to prepare for the noise they’ll endure at South Carolina on Saturday. (They better cue up this sound effect… for my money, the best in-stadium sound clip in college sports.)
