Sheridan Reveals… Nothing On ESPN’s “OTL”

Oddsmaker Danny Sheridan appeared on ESPN’s “Outside The Lines” this afternoon and revealed… pretty much exactly what he recently revealed on Paul Finebaum’s radio show — nothing.

Yes, Sheridan claimed that the NCAA knows the name of a bagman who helped funnel illegal funds from Auburn to Cam Newton’s family.

Yes, he said his source works inside the NCAA.

And no, he said he would not give up the alleged bagman’s name.

Been there, done that.

Seriously, “Outside The Lines” is supposed to be ESPN’s last remaining bulwark of actual sports journalism.

Oh, well.

Can’t wait to see where Sheridan pops up next week.

ESPN is the bammer network.. Easy to understand why they keep reporting rumors, unsubstaniated reports on other schools, but refuse to make any comments about SUITGATE & CARGATE at uat... Look around and they will bring up the least hint of problems at other schools, but ignore things at uat, even subsaniated with photos....

lol

the more i read from Auburn fans... the more i realize the "bammers" control everything!!!

From the NYT, to the USA Today, to ESPN, to the NCAA, to the Pentagon (yes Bammers also run the pentagon open your eyes)

The "bammers" run everything except Apple these days.

Well I think you may have just figured out who the BAGMAN is

Cook went to Auburn, but I don't know he may actually be a Bama fan. Haven't heard anything about that, but people go to schools all the time that they aren't necessarily a fan of.

Steve Jobs may not have been a bammer... But new CEO Tim Cook sure is!!!!

at least thats what I heard on Finebaum ;)

that OTL interview revealed nothing... danny did reveal he looks like a vampire though

however the NCAA statement on Danny Sheridan that was released after that interview revealed a lot, as the NCAA- who never feels it necessary respond to anything- responded with an unprecedented beat down of the likes you will probably never see again.

One thing is for sure he has certainly gotten under their skin and struck a nerve with something he said, although I can't figure out if it has to do with getting in the way of the Auburn Investigation or if its just the NCAA trying to pretend like it couldn't possibly have a leak

Danny certainly comes off like a nutbag... but something he is saying or doing has struck a chord at the NCAA to force them to treat him differently than all the other nutbags they have made a policy of ignoring

How long until the next Danny Sheridan episode?

This is hilarious. I think Sheridan is losing credibility every time he opens his mouth. He used to have a great reputation. I don't know which I would like better: Auburn is busted or the Alabama fans losing their ever-loving minds because Auburn doesn't get busted.

The bammers are already out of their minds.
