Chievous Chooses Tennessee

Guard Quinton Chievous from Notre Dame High School in Niles, Ill., announced he will sign with the Tennessee basketball team.

Chievous will join guards Josh Richardson and Wes Washpun in UT’s signing class of 2011. Point guard Chris Jones of Memphis, Tenn., has also signed with the Vols, but he’s expected to attend a junior college next fall.

Chievous, along with the other two signees, is expected to enroll at UT in June.
