Slive Didn’t Like Bama’s “Fax Cam” Girls

Things are getting pretty petty in the SEC, folks.
On national signing day, Alabama had a webcam focused in on the actual fax machine receiving letters of intent from recruits. There were also web photos attached to the site that showed an unidentified female Alabama student in a short skirt standing next to the fax machine and a board where names of each confirmed signee were posted as they arrived.
The student is part of Alabama’s “Crimson Cabaret” dance team and was wearing her official dance team outfit in the photo. (Check it out at left.) Well someone at another SEC school didn’t like the photos and complained to commissioner Mike Slive about it. This morning, Slive called Alabama athletic director Mal Moore to complain.
“The commissioner was made aware of it Thursday morning and he felt it was inappropriate,” SEC spokesman Charles Bloom said.
The pictures are no longer posted at Bama’s website.
I'm no Bama fan either, but for me im kinda disturbed at the fax cam girl...
Did he have a problem with Kiffin's Vol'hos?

Amazing how responsive Slive can be on some issues.
I really don't think Slive appreciates just how much damage Newton did to the SEC's reputation in general and his in particular. Because this is ludicrous.
Maybe instead of a "Fax Cam" they should call it the "Fox Cam." Sorry, that was cheesy but I couldn't resist.
Did Slive contact and negotiate with Cecil Newton before making his call to Mal Moore ? Seems like Slive is chasing ghosts and pretty girls in performance/appearence costumes ? What a joke ?
Now, that's what I call recruiting. No wonder 'Bama is so well known for its stellar class...
It isn't as if Slive has more important things to check, is it? As a female, I am attempting to learn what is inappropriate about this girl. Gymnastics attire is much more revealing. Next Slive will disallow the center bending over the football!

So someone's dad can pimp their son to every school in the SEC and Slive is cool with that but a member of a school dance team who by the way just returned from an event retrieves faxes out of the machine and he has an issue with that?? Really, Mike???
