1.  This writer — who seems awfully close to the Justin Knox story — wonders if former Bama quarterback Star Jackson will have to “jump through hoops to transfer” like Knox.

2.  Knox says he’s ready to move on from a “very difficult” situation in Tuscaloosa.

3.  The former Tide basketballer says he’s narrowed his choices to North Carolina and Georgia Tech.

4.  Alabama landed six players and Auburn three on Phil Steele’s preseason All-SEC team.
